The Voices Of One Xingchuner!

Hello and welcome to my blog! Today I want to share with you an amazing company that I have been working with for the past year: Fuzhou Xingchun Premium MFG Co., Ltd. The course was very interactive and engaging, with lectures, exercises, case studies and simulations. I also had a mentor who guided me through the course and helped me with my project.

The project that I worked on was to reduce the defect rate of our screw production line. I followed the DMAIC steps and collected data on the current state of the process. I analyzed the data and found out the root causes of the defects. I then proposed some improvement actions, such as adjusting the machine settings, implementing quality checks and providing feedback to the operators. I implemented these actions and monitored the results. I was able to reduce the defect rate from 5% to 1% in three months. This project not only improved our product quality and customer satisfaction, but also saved us $50,000 per year in rework and scrap costs.

I was very proud of my achievement and so was my manager. He recognized me with a certificate of excellence and a bonus. He also encouraged me to pursue the next level of certification: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He said that he saw a lot of potential in me and that he wanted me to take on more challenging projects and lead a team of green belts. He said that he would support me with more training and mentoring opportunities.

I was very happy and grateful for this opportunity. I felt that Fuzhou Xingchun Premium MFG Co., Ltd. really cared about my development and success.
